Gardener Job in Pescadero, California

I am soon to be a resident of pescadero. I have about 35 years of farm work, master garden training and herbalist certification course. I am looking to get some advise or a consult on the weather patterns, what grows best in pescadero, and would appreciate any networking opportunities. I have lived and had very successful gardens in Los Gatos and boulder creek this year I’d like to establish a seasonal nursery selling medicinal cannabis grown from seed ..outdoors and organic ..and sold as tween or teen when the time comes.
