Gardener Job in Austin, Texas

Looking for a genuine partner to help me keep the back garden looking great. No landscaping needed, but we have several established beds that need constant weeding and a couple unfortunate magnolias that drop leaves every hour of the day. The beds all have good soil so weeding is not hard. Also have some clumping bamboo that needs trimming a few times a year. I estimate a weekly gig of a few hours and once established, I would love recommendations for new / additional plantings.
