Gardener Job in Charlotte, Vermont

My parents live in Charlotte, Vt and need help planning, planting, and maintaining a flower garden in their yard. There are flowers there now, so you would not be starting from scratch. They need someone experienced and knowledgeable about gardening and responsible about working. They can pay $25 an hour plus the cost of material and supplies or will discuss fees.
