Gardener Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

I'm dealing with a health issue and need someone to handle my end-of-season cleanup for me. It would be a full day's work in my opinion, although I admit I am sometimes too optimistic about how long things will take, so it might take longer, and that's fine. Happy to provide pictures if helpful. I would like it done ASAP, and will pay either an hourly rate ($40) or a flat fee depending on what you want and what we negotiate. I work from home, so you can come almost anytime that works for you. I can supply some tools (rake, shovel, trowel, etc.) We're right near Joyce & Kingsway (near Joyce-Collingwood station). There's a large backyard with several garden beds: plants need to be pulled out, weeds pulled, leaves raked up, etc. There is also an overgrown back fence I would love cleaned up, and several small decorative beds at the front of the house that need weeding and cleanup. There's also raking to be done. No advanced skills are required other than knowing what's a weed and what's not, but ideally I would love someone with enough experience to help me with garden design and planting in the spring, and with ongoing maintenance going forward. Essentially, I need help right now with an urgent project and it could turn into a longer term gardener role if you're interested and it's a good fit.
