Gardener Job in East York, Ontario

I have two gardens in the back and a small one in the front that I need advisement on and help with. This year, for some reason, my plants started thinning out and growing less. I believe it is because I did not put the proper nutrients into the soil over the years. I am looking for someone to help me get the soil healthy again and plant some perennials for next year. My grass has a lot of weeds and getting help and ideas for that would be great as well. Thank you,
