Gardener Job in Fort Worth, Texas

I need the dead plants removed, the old edging removed, a few pavers removed, and the dirt put back in the right places. I want to add new edging, pebbles, mint, maybe Carolina jasmine, and maybe coreopsis. I might need more soil. I might need a wire trellis for the Carolina jasmine. Need someone with experience, their own tools, and who can show me what they have done in the past. (references)
