Front yard :
- Add privacy hedges(podocarpus ~15-20 feet)
- Add grass to front and side yard
- Move existing plants to a different part of house
Sidewalk:
- Add grass to sidewalk
Backyard :
- Switch out artificial grass for real grass
- Plant grass and plants on side yard patches
Additional :
- Buying plants for indoor and outdoor decoration including banana plant, fiddle-leaf fig and small olive trees (~5 plants)
