Pruning, Weeding, Overhead watering, Planting. Some irrigation work. Can create a landscape design and cost estimate for you, if desired, that you can give to a contractor. Charges for that would be determined by the hour. Would prefer to charge by the square foot on all other properties. This however, is also negotiable.
