Gardener needed to : 1. Mow one acre lawn area weekly--need to use lawn mowers, but not riding type. 2. Mow 1/2 acre of native grass area twice a month. 3. Mow or use weed eater in between rows of 1/2 acre vineyard. 4. Maintain, and fix, sprinklers and keep lawn areas green--use Hunter sprinkler controllers 5. Trim hedges around gazebo and at fence. 6. Blow driveways and other common areas (pool deck, wine arbor and pathways). 7. Keep flowers looking healthy. 8. Must speak and understand English. 9. Must not be illegally in US. 10.Must not have criminal record. 11.Must produce a good resume and references that I can call. 12.Must be honest and respectful to owner and guests. 13.Must charge a fair hourly rate.
