Looking for someone to help maintain my garden. Help with sprucing up a portion for the spring and regular maintenance during the spring, summer, and fall clean up.

I live in Severn. I would like someone to do spring garden clean up , mulch every other year. Clean up & pruning in fall , prepare plants for winter. Large front garden & small back yard garden. Previous gardener is retiring. Thank you !

Need a clean up of the rear garden and set up the flower beds in the rock gardens plus some regular maintenance. The steps leading down between the rock gardens also require that the wooden 4 x 4's be replaced.
