We have a second property with a tenant that has no gardening skills. As a result, weeds have overtaken a lot of the front garden. We are looking to hire someone to help get the garden under control.

I'm looking for someone as soon as possible who can plant some small shrubs, edge my garden, and lay the mulch. I am not a gardener, so I am also open to taking some gardening advice!
