Gardener in Alexandria, Ontario

I am a person that serves as a team leader in training; previously work in garments company in Korea, Utility in Norwegian company, a machine operator in knitting company and earned welder training in the Philippines. Recently working as caretaker of farm plants of cooperatives here in my native land Philippines and working also in my sister in-law corn and vegetables plantation. I have enough knowledge on plants especially flowering plants like orchids and other ornamental plants, how they grow, knowledge about the tools used and the basic techniques on gardening. I have skill necessary for the job but most importantly, if there are things that I need I have to improve, I am willing to learn because I believe that its better to hire people that is able to accept constructive criticism and positively learn from it than people who are too confident of their skills that they are not willing to learn and accept their errors. I see myself proudly doing my job, and if I really persevere, I might be able to succeed in my field of work, I might be a proud father helping my daughter graduate from good elementary school.
