Hi there! We figured we would take the time to introduce ourselves so you can a) see that we are REAL people and not a spam/fake page and b) get to know a bit about us so you feel comfortable reaching out to us about your home’s needs. Our names are James and Meliah; husband and wife. We have 2 beautiful human children and 2 quirky fur children (pitbulls). We moved to AB from BC in January 2020, right before the pandemic hit. James works the oilfield full-time however, as for those that don’t know much about the oilfields, they tend to go through a yearly break every year called Spring Break-Up; where they get anywhere between 2-8 weeks off due to travel restrictions of moving the rigs and such. During that time, is when James will be available full-time to work along side with Meliah. He’ll also be available during his days off from his hitches. James has experience with everything ZeeBro Home Service is offering, as well as siding, framing, pool building, deck building and roofing. Meliah is actually who came up with the idea of creating ZeeBro Home Service (she has BIG plans for it) however, she does do part-time ’Mother’s Helper’ work around the communities of Edmonton. She has experience as well with everything ZeeBro Home Service is offering, but also working on large farms. Meliah was raised by her grandma on a 7 acre flower farm in rural BC. Her grandma taught her many incredible skills that Meliah wants to pass on and put to use within the incredible work she does. In Summer of 2020, we had actually tried to start a business doing exactly what we offer with ZeeBro Home Service however, Meliah had ran into some health issues towards end of summer and couldn’t work for quite some time. Which is when James signed up for the oilfields. But now with Meliah’s health being built up for over a year now and James wanting to find a way to “retire” from the oilfields within the next 5-7 years, we figured we would give it a shot again but this time having more skills, better knowledge, INSURANCE, and… A TRUCK (we didn’t have insurance or a truck before which made us doing certain jobs very difficult and potential customers didn’t want us doing work without insurance; rightfully so). We also are now a registered/licensed business with the government of AB; GST/HST registered, as well. Our goal is to leave a print not only on people’s homes, but within communities. Which is why although we’re physically located in SW Edmonton, we’re more so wanting to provide services in communities such as Beaumont, Sherwood Park and St. Albert. However, for the right job and the right people/connections, we would possibly be open to travelling to other communities (Camrose, Leduc, etc.). We want to get personable when it comes to working on people’s houses and helping to create them into a home.
