Gardener in Calgary, Alberta

I’m a passionate, self taught gardener who loves growing food & flowers. I started growing food 10 years ago in a community garden, eventually becoming a community garden lead for 3 years in Kensington/Sunnyside area, and growing food in four urban spaces my garden obsession turned from passion to purpose very quickly. As my passion for growing food grew (quite literally) I began to care more and more about our food systems and regenerative farming practices. In 2022 I completed a certified permaculture course through Verge Permaculture, and continue to read & learn as much as I can. Now I’m the girl that all my friends and family come to for garden advice. I have open availability Monday to Sunday. I am happy to go buy plants, plant them in planters, boxes or raised beds. Additionally I can help you map out your space, based on our zone here in Alberta, sun/shade exposure, etc. I can help weed, prune and harvest what is being grown (if anything). I am most passionate for maintaining well groomed gardens and planting beautiful planter boxes.
