My name is Annette: Mama's constant flower bed companion, Papa's farm hand: a self-starter, a forager, a native plant identification encyclopedia, a hard worker, and a genuinely friendly person. I love plants - particularly useful, beautiful, or sweet-smelling plants - and I love people, even the supposedly useless, ugly, not-so-sweet smelling ones. I am thoroughly trained how to deal with difficulties, but not slack or let details slide on the job at hand. Dug up hundreds of loads of good forest soil and trekked it to a garden of herbs to maintain and expand it. Engineered a flower bed suitable under a roofline without gutters.
