I love being out in the yard so much that I want to get my hands into your yard too! I'd call myself an amateur gardener, not professionally trained, but have been at it for over 10 years. Every day is a new learning experience and I am eager to get as much exposure as possible to new spaces and places! My passion is urban vegetable gardening, aiming to grow as much of my own food as possible in the space I have. I practice organic/permaculture growing techniques. A healthy life starts with a healthy diet, and having a thriving soil matrix is where it all begins. I can help with a wide variety of yard tasks and chores, really just anything that immerses me in nature. It would bring me so much joy to help you make your outdoor space into one that you love. Here are some ways that I can help you: - weeding, pruning, mulching, cleaning up existing garden beds (i.e., maintenance activities) - removal of old materials (digging up old soil, plants, removing stones, etc.) - creating new garden beds (siting, digging, laying landscape fabric, spreading soil, etc.) - building raised garden beds (can be winter-friendly too!) - planting veggies, herbs, flowers, etc. - harvesting veggies, herbs - sharing knowledge of permaculture practices, companion planting, crop rotation, etc. Send me a message and let's chat about how we can achieve your goals.
