Gardener in St. Petersburg, Florida

I am a 3rd generation greenthumb and a member of the American Society of Horticulture Science. I hold my import license for rare plants. I have worked in botanical gardens, interior and exterior landscaping, greenhouses, and had my own business selling rare plants. I have lived experience on farms and permaculture homes. I have also worked in multi-million dollar homes with lavish gardens in Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Toronto Canada. My expertise is tropical plants with knowledge of southern native american plants and tropical asian plants. Gardening and horticulture are often used interchangeably, but there is a difference, although the two are interconnected. Gardening is the practice of growing and Horticulture is the science of growing. As gardeners, we use horticulture findings to successfully grow our plants. My services include trimming, pruning, pest control, weeding, planting, re-potting, clean up, garden planning, garden design, light and ph testing, and proper watering for both indoor and outdoor plants and gardens. I can also maintain water features and aquatic plants. I do not mow lawns or do heavy landscaping. I can work weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time. I will also work for commissions instead of hourly pay.
