Gardener in Sandy, Utah

Hi, I'm Bethany! I’m a horticulturist turned vintage furniture shop owner located in Sandy, UT. I have a B.S. in horticulture from Utah State University and have spent the better part of the last 15 years working various jobs in my field. My early career started out in organic and permaculture gardening. Then I transitioned to greenhouse and garden center work, where I honed my design skills as well as became very familiar with landscaping plants. I also spent 3 seasons working as a horticulture assistant for The Utah State Extension service, where I helped trouble shoot people’s plant problems using the best scientific research available. Since opening up my own vintage furniture shop this year, I’ve mostly transitioned out of horticulture, but I’m looking for about 10-20 hours of work as a private gardener in the Sandy area to supplement my income this Fall.
