Hi there! I'm Amber, a passionate gardener based in lovely Eugene, Oregon. I am happy to help with most things plant care: from planting and pruning to weed control and simple irrigation installation. I have many years of experience working with plants in veggie, flower , and herb gardens, small orchards, and basic landscape maintenance. I have created and maintained a number of school campus gardens, as well as stewarded a 3-acre property including fruit trees and vegetable gardens for over 10 years. It gives me great joy to help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, thriving gardens. I use organic methods for plant care that include plant biodiversity and companion planting, encouragement and introduction of beneficial insects, natural pest deterrents, composting, mulching, and the building of healthy soil.
