Hello, my name is Hunter, and I am a recent OSU graduate with a degree in Environmental Science with a focus in Sustainable agriculture. The most important thing is that I love to work outside, with plants and people, so I carry energy, stamina, and a smile in any weather. I can provide technical and physical support in garden tasks including but not limited to: planting, disease control, pruning, soil preparation, organic and natural gardening, native plant design and care, weeding, and general cleaning. I've worked in a diversity of agricultural positions, including as a farmer on a biodiverse nonprofit vegetable farm, as a USDA agricultural research technician, and as a freelance gardener in both conventional and biodiverse gardens. I've also volunteered in several community-based farms and gardens including the OSU Student Farm. I am Permaculture Design Certified.
